User of the website(www.dinepost9.com) agrees in following agreement of use of website.
We Dinepost9 collect the e-mail addresses, phone number and addresses of our consumers and those who communicate with us via different channels, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations).

By accepting terms and condition you are allowing Dinepost9 to communicate with you at provided mobile no and send its delivery boys at your provided address.

Dinepost9 does not take responsibility of the tampering made to the food items on its way to the customer address.
Dinepost9 does not take responsibility, if any illegal action is done by its delivery boys, but at the same time we promise to take strictest legal action possible against the culprit guy. We care for your security; we track our delivery boy using GPS enabled mobiles to ensure customers safety.

Our target delivery time is 45 Minutes, but delivery may get delayed depending on external circumstances. Dinepost9 does not take responsibility of any kind of food poisoning as we are delivering food to customer place so there is higher risk of food getting tampered by third party on its way to customer place.

Cancellation Policy

We solely reserve the right to cancel your order in any of the following circumstances:

  1. In the event of the designated address following outside the service area offered by us.
  2. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order.
  3. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
  4. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.

Once the order is placed, we provide a 5 minute window to our customers if they wish to cancel/change the order. On closure of this window, the order will not be cancelled.

Refund Policy

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you have paid online for your order at the time of placing your order and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  1. Your order packaging has been tampered at the time of delivery and you refuse to take the order;
  2. Item(s) found missing from your order at the time of delivery.
  3. We are cancelling your order for any of the reason as stated in our Cancellation Policy.

You shall not be entitled to a refund if the delivery was attempted from our side and your contact number was not reachable/ switched off at the time of delivery.

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 4-5 business days in accordance with the terms set by the payment gateway through which payment has been made.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Dinepost9 may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.


Dinepost9 may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Dinepost9 account or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
